Measuring for food

Liquid form : Place the liquid sample on the sample stage, press the ‘Start’ button, and then read the salinity.

Solid form : Make the sample small pieces, add the water and stir gently. Then take some clear sample from the top and place it on the sample stage to measure the salt content. However, It is necessary to perform calculations to obtain the correct salinity value.
