HANDYSURF – ACCRETECH : Surface Texture Measuring tool with Handheld portable size. The HANDYSURF will allow user to expand the usage of ordinary tool by small size of tool and option availability. It expands the surface measuring into wide various of industry field, such as automotive industry mechanical engineering and even medical technical industry
Measuring range of Z Direction is up to 370μm and resolution of 0.0007μm
Standard Type (35) – General purpose type which includes Horizontal, Inclined, Vertical และ Ceiling surface
Retract Type (40) – The type that reduce the possibility that may damage the stylus by pushing stylus up during the waiting for operation to be execute or when the work is completed.
It also can be apply with automatic machine for the detection.
Transverse Type (45) – The type that probe can move the sideway. Transverse type will allow the operation to be done on narrow area like Crankshaft
Expanding the coverage of the measuring range of the Z direction upt0 370μm (+160 ~ -210μm) and the measuring resolution of 0.0007μm
The enhance of Visualization for easy-to-use and the operation can be checked directly with the visual type of measuring data.
