REVO – 2 : RENISHAW

Renishaw’s REVO-2® transforms conventional probe sensors into advanced 5-axis measurement technology. This versatile system allows for seamless adjustment and replacement of sensor types to suit various applications such as CMM scanning, non-contact scanning, surface measurement, ultrasonic thickness measurement, and deep bore inspection.

REVO ensures extended stylus life by employing low-force scanning techniques, effectively minimizing wear on the stylus.

It achieves high-speed accuracy, capable of scanning at speeds up to 500mm/sec and collecting data at 4000 points per second, maintaining exceptional precision throughout.

Support the sensor adaption of 8 types

  • RSP3 : supporting the scanning of 3D (x,y,z)
  • RSP3-6 : Support measurement same as RSP3 and support measuring in deep bore and large inspection 
  • SFP2 : supporting the scanning and surface finish by the automatic adjusting the measurement system 
  • RVP : support the non-contact inspection which can use for Tactile scanning and surface finish 
  • RFP1 : meausring with non-contact and suitable for complexity surface and freeform geometry
  • RUP1 : probe that comes with ultrasonic that can be used to measure the thickness of workpiece
  • RTP1 : addition probe that can measure the temperature of working without a need of temperature sensor
  • MODUS can integrate usage of CAD drawing which includes Geometry, dimension and tolerance for the stimulate measuring system of 5-axis  
  • MODUS can make a Report of measurement result
