Inline Refractometer or Brix Monitor, comes equipped with a sensor capable of measuring Brix Value up to 93% with an accuracy of Brix: ±0.2%.
IoT technology allows user to operating real-time monitoring by connecting to the internet concentration, eliminating the need to physically check the Brix sensor.
In addition, CM-Base can also detect and measuring concentration levels by using the Offset function.
Installation of Inline refractometer is by setting up a display (analog or digital) for indicating measuring value, while the sensor is located on the opposite side of the display.
Inline Refractometer can measure various types of liquid by the implement of refractive index of refractometer, such as:
The selection of sensor can be selected according to the usage and purpose, the durability of each type and installation method of each type.
SUS – A standard stainless steel material that is antibacterial, strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant.
Titanium – A highly durable, lightweight material that provides temperature resistance and offers greater corrosion resistance to salt than SUS.
Hastelloy – A superalloy metal material that is highly strong, heat-resistant, and durable against sulfuric and hydrochloric acids
A detection and network connection system using the RRI (Robot Revolution & Industrial IoT Initiative), suitable for industrial factory applications to enhance user confidence in real-time monitoring.
