Heat Treatment workpiece tester: MSK-200 is the eddy current testing machine for workpieces that have undergone hardening (Heat treatment), the machine will be ensuring they are in perfect condition by applying Eddy current flow.
With a design suitable for use in production lines, the machine features 3-point measurement channels, enabling more precise measurement and control of frequency. It also allows for setting up to 255 parameter patterns for measurement conditions.
The probe comes in the form of a ring or tunnel, where the Eddy current detects defects in the hardened surface of the workpiece.
Inspect and maintain the quality of the hardened workpieces while minimizing material contamination.
The system can display up to 16 comparative measurement patterns per test.
Users can set the measurement frequency patterns and various condition settings, such as measurement channels, patterns, frequency, and gain values.
For the thickness of the hardened workpieces, users can define multiple types of frequency analysis.
