RONDCOM NEX

RONDCOM NEX – เครื่องวัดความกลมของชิ้นงาน พร้อมทั้งกับการวัดพื้นผิว ให้เครื่องเดียวสามารถ วัดได้ทั้งความกลมของชิ้น (Roundness) และยังสามารถวัดพื้นผิวของชิ้นงาน (Surface) ให้เครื่องเดียว RONDCOM เป็น Solution ที่รวบรวมไว้ในเครื่องเดียว 

มาพร้อมกับ AFD ระบบตรวจจับชิ้นงานอัตโนมัติ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ Stylus ตกลงมา

และยังสามารถวัดหลายชิ้นงานพร้อมกันด้วย XY-Axis Automatic Stage ที่จะลอดระยะเวลาในการตรวจสอบ

สามารถวัดได้ทั้งสามค่า Roundness, Diameter และ Roughness
  • ด้วยการออกแบบการทำงานให้สามารถใช้งานได้ทั้ง การวัดทั้ง 3 แบบ ด้วยการใช้เวลาที่น้อยที่สุด
  • Automatic Centering ระบบอัตโนมัติที่จะตรวจจับจุดกึ่งกลางของชิ้นงาน
  • AFD ระบบจะทำการตรวจจับแรงต่างๆที่มากระทำเข้ากับชิ้นงาน อัตโนมัติ ทำให้ RONDCOM NEX สามารถใช้ในการวัด Outer Diameter แบะ Inner Diameter 
  • ในชิ้นงานที่มีลักษณะคลื่นหรือหยัก AFD จะทำการปรับอัตโนมัติในขณะวัด เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ Stylus ตกลงมาขณะวัด
  • สามารถวัดชิ้นงานขนาดเล็กในจำนวนที่มากขึ้นได้ ด้วยการทำงานของ XY Automatic Stage ทำให้ RONDCOM NEX สามารถวัดชิ้นงานได้โดยไม่ได้ทำ Special Setup
